tourism is very well known for replenishment and research for people. but places of tourism are often taken for granted and they are polluted by the people aware of the consequences in the future.
the above pie graph shows the rate of pollution caused by the people of Kantipur. the graph shows the gradual expansion in the population rate along with the tourists. the people gradually increased from 1500 to 4500.in 2004 about 15% of pollution was caused by 1500 people. this rate increased to 20% when 2000 people visited Kantipur in 2005. there was a sudden increase in tourists to 3500 in 2006 which only led to an increase in pollution by 35%. the people again increased in 2007,i.e, by 55% and 4500 population of tourists.
this shows the concern for Kantipur. tourist paces are made for discovering the enormous things of life, but people turn this blessing in a curse for themselves.
