It was a big day today, for Vishal. After two years of real, hard work, he has finally made it to IIT Delhi, and that too, the stream he had aimed for – Mechanical Engineering! The results were published today and I could see him go over the moon as soon as he saw it. All of us are very happy for his success. Not only did he work hard, he worked smart too. After his success, I have understood what perseverance is all about. The only nagging thing in my mind now, is that he will be away from home. I am sure mother and father have the same thought in their minds. But that is the way of life!
I feel thrilled that my brother's hard work has finally paid off.
And now he is on his way on becoming an IITian!
How cool is that! I look up to my brother with pride.
We share a special bond and I always ask him for advice.
I know that he is always there for me no matter what.
Now, I will also work on my brother's footsetps in going to IIT.
