ANSWER: I think English already seems to be a complicated language and this would make it even more. Creative writing suits only for competition purposes because it will only help u to show how good r u at English. If people cannot understand your creativity goes all waste. So giving importance will not at all be valued. Only u have a reason like you are a teacher or professer or speaker then it's efficient to be creative;otherwise creative language would barely help you. other than that it also depends on personal choice of conversation. I would prefer to say that importance should be given to writing which is simple enough to easily understand. Creative writing is also important to some extent but it not so much value that it should get more importance.
