I beg to state that I am a student of class 9th in your school. I am regular student and obtained 2nd position in class 8th. I have also won many prizes in extra-curricular activities of the school .
my father who is working with his Central government has been transferred to another City. we shall leave this city by the end of this month .it is not possible for me to stay here alone .
therefore, I request you to kindly issue me the necessary transfer certificate and character certificate which will enable me to seek admission in other school.
