Rahul s grand parents are in bad situation .He always comes late to school and Teacher punishes him, I will tell him to tell Teacher that his grandparents are not well I will assist him like this.

you do one thing that you with the permission of the parents go there every morning and help him preparing food, giving medicines etc.
or if you go to school by personal transport..then pick & drop him...this could be helpful...
