u should try to convince ur friend that
1) driving a bike before the age of 18 is prohibited
2)if police gets to know about this serious actions will be taken like heavy fine etc
3)if any accident occurs by mistake u have to pay for it throught ur entire life
4)if u r sent to jail it will effect ur further studies , job opportunities
5)if u lose the balance u will literally break ur hands and legs
6)at 15 years we r not fully matured to get the bike or car of our own and ride it
