The reason for which he is not sharing it with anyone may be his fear.He maybe fearing that someone will make fun of him or will tease him.That will be the reason by which he is not sharing it with anyone.We can convince him by saying that having a physical problem is not a low status .We can get rid of this.Likewise we can convince him.
