Firstly, let me thank for the invitation to your house-warming party. I've seen the pictues and I have to say - it is gorgeous! I love everything about those pictures, thanks for sending them to me. 

You know that I love your family, so I'll be more than happy to join you during the party. I'll try to be a good girl and don't disappoint you by making a complete fool of myself in front of your folks like the last time, I promise! 

Once more, I'm really happy for you. See you at the party,
