I am extremely happy to know about ur birthday party but at the same time feeling regret because of my inability in that party.
My Uncle and Aunt are coming on that day, that even for 5 hours. So my Mom didn't allowed me to involve in ur birthday party.
I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. But don't be sad because of my fault. I will definitely come to ur house the next day.
