Actually to speak this is his/her mistake. we can't teachers for this reasons. if she didn't teach a topic its her mistake. we have to concentrate in our studies and get out from the hell of getting distractions in your mind. if you are a 9th or 10th student you would get more distractions, obstacles, problem. we have face all the consequences and win the game. I know its very hard to study. but in this competitive world we have to win. if this time you missed away don't get bog down. never never never give up. work hard, your parents dream is to see a you as an Pilot, engineer, doctor not as a poor
