I'll listen to her and then would try to console her. I'll make her understand that failure isn't the end. We need to learn from our failures and try to defeat them. Also, I'll ask her to try hard for the coming exams.

b. To help her think about ways to improve her grades in the future, and not blame others.

I'll ask her to read and revise what the teachers teach in the class and make a routine in order to cover all the subjects on time. Also, I would make her realize that teachers are not responsible for especially her failure. If they would have been the reason then the results of the whole class would have been bad. Therefore, I would ask her to stop blaming the teachers and try to work hard for the next exam.
