your friend has not done as well as she expected to do in her exams .she upset and now blames the teacher for her performance. Disscus with your patner what would you do?

I would explain him that their is not fault of teacher and nor yours but you have to just do little more practices in exams, increase your concentration in class and carefully listen to teacher when she is explaining something.
