we should first tell her not to blame on the teacher
we should consult her to read well and go to tutions /online tutions or to read with full concentration without getting distracted or addicted by electronics, such as phone, television, and so on
we should also encourage her while reading and request her to ask doubts to teachers if she have any doubts and not to blame teachers when the mistake is done by her .
to improve her grades in future we can consult her to take online tutions , tutions or keep a special test each day

hope it helps u

First of all I'll make sure that she won't blame the teacher as a teacher always wants to see his student shine Now to get over her disappointment I 'll cheer her up and motivate her. I would suggest her to practice harder. I'll tell about her situation to her parents as parents understand their children.

I would suggest her to make quick notes and mind maps. She must revise the lessons done in the class. She must clear her doubts related to the respective subject.

Hope this helps ^-^!!
