i will first advice my friend not to get upset .i will suggest my freind better luck next time. i will tell her to try better .i will tell her not to blame teachers . i will ask her what is her problem. I would help her to get over the situation by telling her about the different co curricular activities where she can score good and mark up to the point and there are many chances in your life to prove yourself and get better score.  I would also suggest her many different ways to improve her grades in other exams, like , as it is said that hardworking is the key to success, so always try but never cry and keep up your good efforts and do as much you can !
