Your friend has recently gifted a mobile he spend all his time playing games on it ignoring studies and friends this is affecting your relationship what you could do to resolve situation?

I would like to say his parents or guardians to take away his phone and let him be with his friends for more longer durations so that we can enjoy and get some refreshment also. I would ask my friend not to use the phones and instead let him make fun with his friends and enjoy in the free times, because of the phone he is unable to get the physical exercise so I let his play all the physical involved games. I would even let me and my friend come to a common point where both can have same feeling of our relationship.
