I would like to advice her to focus on her task rather than paying attention towards others reactions because it is important for her to perform best from others. I will also advice her to be in touch with atleast one good friend who can teach her later on & if she is free and not attending the rehersals then she is loosing a great opportunity to learn something new. I will tell her lastly that never make people your enemies just for your lazy and selfish reasons rather try to work with them & make more friends. This is all about emotional intelligence you possess in you.
