Your friend is participation in group dance competition. However she does not attend rehearsal. The rest of the group is not happy with it . Advice on it

Her participation in the competition is great.. But if she has taken the initiative of participating in the question she should be kind enough to attend the rehearsal on the stipulated time. The unhappiness of the group is natural. Had she taken part in a solo competition and then she wouldn't come for rehearsal it would affect her performance. She is harming her performance. But as a member of a group she should attend the rehearsal because her absence would affect the whole group at large. Therefore she should cooperate with her group members. She should set up timings in discussion with the other members when she could possibly attend the rehearsal.
