Your_friend_is_shy_and_often_faces_problem_with_group_task_he_she_is_unable_to_give_her_his_best_and_get_left_out_often_with_your_partner_discuss: 1 :- the reasons for her/his discomfot could be .2:- what suggestion could help him overcome this discomfort?

It seems to me that you want to make your friend understand not to pick-up quarrels with Junior students but you are either not able to convince him or he is not interested in your suggestions In my opinion I am suggesting you to follow these steps which might help you :- 1) Try to make your friend understand that picking Up fight with Junior students is not a good idea because being a senior he has more responsibility and gave to follow judgemental approach towards his juniors Picking up fight will dishonour his respect being a senior in Junior`s eye`s 2) Try to engage your friend in some constructive work so that he dont have time to bother about juniors like you should ask him to join Some public library or visit some amusement park etc 3) if you think your approach is not working then you should also try to request his parents to make him understand more politely.
