If my friend is writing on the classroom wall, I would do the following:-

• I would tell my friend to not do this as doing this kind of activity on school property is wrong as well as against the rules of the school.

• If still my friend fails to understand the problem about this situation, I would inform my teacher about this activity of my friend's so that they can make him understand this in the correct way.
• This will make him understand the importance of rules and why we need to follow them.

Hence, these are the steps I would take to discourage my friend from writing on school walls.
