Your friend lives with his grandparents who are unwell. He Reaches school late because he needs to help them in the morning. He is frequently penalized by the teacher.
1) What you could do to assist your friend?
2) How he could resolve his situation.

1) We could assist our friend by consoling him first.
    Looking into the problem deeply.
    Informing parents about his agenda so they could provide advanced help with       the help of their contacts.
2) Resolving the problem by himself is a little out of hand but he could get the              assistance of the teachers by earning late pass for the class and staying back       for catching up with the course he missed due to his late arrival.
