if you you would say her to write her homework directly..she would be so angry or u may loose a friend so you can also say her in a better way..like..you have to do your homework on your own or else you may face problems..in your future..so please i request you to do your homework on our own..and put your ideas...so you can score well..and it's useful in your future..!!

i would clearly state the point and tell her what she is doing is wrong and even try to show her the correct way out.she might get angry and full of attitude or she might be sorry and accepting her mistake and agree to do the right thing.
it depends on each individuals percpective
