i can tell him to stop watching tv for long time as it can harm eyes,ciliary muscles becomes strained as it keep in same position for long time

if your friend spend all his free time watching t.v then you should try to tell him the disadvantages of watching t.v like it distract from studies and cause4 harm to our eyes etc.., if he did not listen even then you tell to him about the people who were already affected by this problem of blindness(spects).
