Because he or she need the help of it and wants to solve it and the eager to solve it brcause they dont know how to solve it so only they are using it

it is very simple ...
the education system has totally changed......the teachers whom we think are well qualified...are not really qualified....and due to it we are not able to follow it,,,,

and reference book is something where u can explore the topic deeply and u can also easily understand the topic
