i would say that these kind of fitness plans are useless.a regular balanced diet,simple workouts,walking/cycling etc. are enough to maintain fitness.

would say that this type of fitness like cycling and balance diet and not take any type of junk food etc .we should maintain the and and make fitness and healthy .
