I am Anju of 146, Rohtas nagar, Delhi. I am witting this letter to tell u the problem of stray dogs in our locality.

there are many stray dogs in our colony. Every the movements of its residents have become risky specially in the evenings. small kids are not able to play outside which is creating weakness and laziness in them. adults are not able to go for walk ._________________.
