in this day and time, there is no monarchy. Monarchs aren't the head of our system. we have a republic and democratic government with an elected head. unlike the monarchy system in the earlier times, the position as the head of a country ( in ancient times known as a king or emperor) is not hereditary nowadays and we don't call them kings or emperors but is known as the president. although he is the head of a country, he doesn't hold the utmost power but the citizens does and have all the rights to decide their leader.
