• Acidic :

- Lemons are purely acidic because they contain high amount of citric acid in them.

- Curd is also acidic because it contains a high amount of lactic acid.

- Tarmarind are acidic because they contain high amount of tartaric acid.

- Vinegar is an acid itself, it's dilute acetic acid.

• Basic :

- Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate is a basic substance which is present in the kitchen for baking purposes.

• Neutral :

- The most common neutral substance present in the kitchen is water.
