Dear diary,

maa had asked me go buy her some groceries since we were out of supplies.

My father is out of town and he is not here to do all the shopping so I had to go do it for the very first time.

maa says that I am quite old now to shop on my own.

I agree with her.

Today I had bought all the things that she had asked me to and I even bought myself an ice cream before returning home.

She was quite happy and gave me a pat on the back.
