Your mother was preparing a soup but forgot salty-water on the gas stove. After few minutes all the
water evaporated, only white powder was left on sides of container which was salty in taste. What
phenomenon had occurred & it was which change?

boiling is the process by which you can seperate water and salt..so it is a physical process as not new product is formed and this process is called evaporation...
