my neighbourhood mr Suresh keeps his dog chained all the time. I feel very bad for him.he should have freedom too.He has his life to enjoy. if he is chained all the day how could he enjoy. freedom is life. Without freedom life becomes dull. freedom is an opportunity to think and decide yourself. if humans have freedom why not animals. they are also living beings. if we need freedom even animals need freedom.according to me Mr Suresh is not doing good. if he does so after some days his dog will misbehave and he will be in problem so he should atleast for 1 to 2 hours should remove his chain and should set him free.
