Date (Write it in its full form, like 26 August 2020, and not 26/8/2020)

Salutation (Since you are writing to a neighbour, you can mention as Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms ________)

Body (Keep it as three paragraphs - introduction, main subject, conclusion)

• Would like to comment on the dog's attitude
• Barks loudly all the time, especially at night
• Cannot sleep in peace, facing problems because of this
• Other neighbours also complaining
• Request to restrain the dog for causing a disturbance
• Request as a conclusion to do needful, only then neighbourhood can come to peace
