Your neighbour is playing music at very loud volume,you can't study,other people can't sleep.What would you do to make the person realise his mistake?

If it is the case, then I would speak pleasantly to him and ask him to lower the volume a bit as it is disturbing us.

In this case i will request him to play his telivision at a low volume because if he is sleeping if anyone disturbs he will get angry as his neighbours are getting disturbed while he is playing his telivision at a high volume. I wil advice like this.
