I would tell him not to play loud music every night because it is making too much disturbance for every one in the locality. the loud music is not letting any one to sleep which is a disturbance and which is not a good thing I would suggest him to use head phones and listen music or to play music in the day time only or play music in very low volume. the music makes every one disturbed which is the problem faced by me, my family and whole locality. I would first request him if he does not listen to me then I'm going report it to a higher and good official of my locality to solve up this problem.

We need to give them a warning that not to play loud music at night....if they didn't listen us...then complain it to police.......
