No,in my opinion India is not developing in all cases. If it is developing then why half of India's population is facing poverty and diseases. the signs of a developing country are like when all the people are getting equal resources, rights related to every sector like education,job and health. If we look at india in this matter then it is undoubtedly wrong that people are not getting equal opportunities like because of reservation for Sc and ST....There is no doubt in the fact that a developing country provides with all the necessary facilities that are required for it's people.
The steps that should be taken to make india a developed country could be like removing the reserved seats for SC and ST in job sector, education and health sector
Dome of the other steps that should be taken are like
1.Introduce more schemes to remove poverty.
2. Try to implement these schemes to those areas who actually need it badly.
3. Advertising about importanceof education through various means like TV , street plays etc.

Hello Vidhi, here i agree whatever you have said about the steps to be taken to make India a developed nation. But it seems that your answer is based only on a one factor and that is reservation. You could have enhanced your answer by including other factors also.
