I think that medical wastes can be very harmful to both humans and animals...used needles which may be infected..if comes in contact with us then it can be deadly (depends upon the virus).it also leads to contamination of soil and air and if not properly disposed,it can be very harmful

Medical wards: mainly infectious waste such as dressings, bandages, sticking plaster, gloves, disposable medical items, used hypodermic needles and intravenous sets, body fluids and excreta, contaminated packaging, and meal scraps. as tissues, organs, fetuses, and body parts, other infectious waste, and sharps.
