The following format should be followed for writing emails:

From: [email protected]

To: [email protected].

Subject: To inform you about mistakes in my PAN card.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that PAN card that I received yesterday has some major mistakes in it.

My name in the card has been misspelled and I am afraid that it will lead to some obstacles in the future. In the attachment, I’m sending you the details.

So, I request you to look into the matters and to take action to erase the mistakes from my PAN card.

I'm hoping to see this matter dealt with properly.
