Our summer vacations usually last for a month but this time we got 5 days extra because of the intense heat.Since we had to leave for Shimla, I completed all my projects and homework within the first week of the holidays.

According to our plans, we headed towards Shimla in the second week for a trip of 10 days covering all the neighbouring places as well. After we came back from our trip, we had to immediately visit my grandfather who was very sick and was suffering from a chronic disease.

The vacation ended in the blink of an eye but I enjoyed it a lot with my family and lastly it was a happy moment for all of us as my grandfather recovered quite well.
