write a letter to your school principal requesting her/him to try to see ur difficulties with the help of a teacher or elder. Be polite and courteous. And show genuine interest and concern in improving situation. Get other kids and parents to join a signature campaign for the same. Suggest playtime in the school hall if u have one.

I would tell about the necessity of having a playground in the school to the principal / head and i will discuss all the issues which would be faced by the children ,without a school playground.
(b) I will convince the school authorities by telling them about the disadvantages of not having a playground.
