2. if they do not agree and they are not having trust on you you can also do signature campaign so that they will think about that that means most of the childrens are wanting to do the same....

and now if they agree to the arrangements should be as follows
1. all the materials required for all the other things.
2. good coaches.
3. materials required to play that game with safety means safety materials.
4.also in open area to make your playground that is the main thing.
5. a proper Sports Head who will guide you and also will see what children are doing in the sports period and will also say that if children are having any problem so you can tell the authority's or principal or etc
