First thing to do is to write a letter to the principal, correspondent and the chairman of the school. You need to gently request him/her to arrange a playground in the nearby locality. there are many arguments or points which you could present in the favor of this argument. You could also ask the authorities, whether games and sports are meant to be played or not , whether regularly or not. Of course, you would ask gently.
If you could collect signatures of many students, on a petition/request, that will be good too to do it and submit the petition.
