here are some points that you might add up 
i) school can have a gym
ii)you can tell the equipment necessary like treadmill, weights etc  
iii)it would be easy for you to convince your classmates to be energetic and playful as it is an age to be healthy 
iv) you could tell your class teacher first with an application
v) my teacher will understand me and me 
vi) then you can write another application with some convincing word from your class teacher 
vii) I t would be easy for you to convince teachers because teachers are understanding and helpful 
viii) then you can write a letter to the principle with the sign of students in
support and  how sport is important thing 
ix) then you can say how sports are and being healthy are important aspects of our lives and how in cities people are nt getting chance to live healthy 
I think that's enough to complete the time speak as slowly as possible but don't start to lag  connect these points as 'I would do...' and u would be fine :)
