how you can convince your school authorities to implement the same?

1.We can write an application to the concerned P.T.I sir/mam and to principal too saying that we have many players which can perform well if they are provided proper guidance and practice but we dont have any ground for practice ao please provide us.
2.If the problem continues we can directly meet the principal and comvice him/her to listen our problem and take action on it..
