Respected Sir,
I am Ayushman Mukherjee, head boy of class 10 of our school. As we already know our school has decided to arrange a photography exhibition in school, as part of the golden jubilee. I wrote this letter to briefly describe about how we wanted to organize the event .I have listed the details below.
-> Location: ABC hall
-> Time: 9am to 4pm
-> Audience size expected: 800 to1000
-> School resources required:
1. ABC hall
2.20 benches
3. 2 projector
4. Power supply
So now I am going to say how we are going to conduct the event. Students who are interested in photography are gonna participate. Already 150 members have registered. So its going to be massive. Three topics are given: 1. Nature 2. Education 3. Emotions. So the photography is going to be within these topics. The students are asked to frame their photos. One photo for each. I asked two projectors for projecting the photographs one by one. So that everyone could see.
