Students this is to inform you all that students are getting Vaccinated on (date). Bring an concert form from parents to allow their students to get vaccinated from one school. This is only for class 8 to 12. These class students should be present on the vaccination day. Students will get vaccinated in clinic room of our school. For more information ask your class teachers respectively.
