The Foundation Day of our school was on the 25th of August. This year, the day was celebrated alongside a musical evening which was a welcome deviation from the usual celebration.
The students from classes VII to X all participated in the musical play, singing songs and all sorts of items. The teachers, guests as well as the parents and students were all so happy to see the new change in the usual annual celebration. And the best part was that the musical evening did not only showcase a play that was directed and written by the students themselves, but it also includes talent shows such as band competitions, singing and dancing. Overall, I think the success of the newly introduced musical evening will lead to more items to be included in the school's extra curricular activities and also will produce more and more students to participate in these items.
