We think its an good decision made by school management  to ban sale of burger in school canteen it will encourage children to bring home made  roti rolls for the tiffin that they can eat in the recess or break time in the school.

extensive use of fast food items like burger pizza and other such items has a bad effect on health of children .

due to bad health students can not concentrate on their studies and hence it effects their grades badly.

on the other side roti roll is a good and healthy meal for children that will have a positive effect on their health and studies.

Health is an invaluable wealth. God gives this wealth to everyone; however, maintaining and preserving this wealth is man’s responsibility. Balanced nutritious diet is a prerequisite to leading a healthy life. Nothing can be more nutritious than home cooked food. Home cooked food is prepared in hygienic environment. The spices and other ingredients are added in the right proportion.  

The nutritional value of home cooked food is optimal. It has all the essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibers, etc. to keep the metabolism of the body working optimally.

Clinically it is proven that any deficiency of the vital vitamins and minerals may lead to development of serious diseases. And these essential vitamins and minerals can only be obtained from home cooked food.

On the other hand, foods cooked at restaurants are cooked in hurry and many health related aspects are ignored. Hygiene, cooking ingredients, etc. are often not of the best quality. This causes risk to our health.  

In conclusion it can be said that in order to stay healthy and fit, one must eat only home cooked food regularly.
