Qualities

    Head boy needs to be cool, reasonably intelligent, moderately or good in studies, and responsible.  He should respect elders.  He should be approachable to the fellow students and be a team with the class leaders.   He should have good inter personal skills and should speak fluently and communicate well in some language.  He should be open minded and not prejudiced.

Responsibilities :
 
      He should be able to organize various student activities.  He should lead the team of student class leaders.  He should coordinate their activities regularly.  He should be able to coordinate with the faculty for conducting events related to the school, like cultural festival or annual day celebrations.
