This is to inform all the students that the school is organising Independence Day on 14th August, 20XX in the school playground from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Attendance on the occasion is compulsory for all. Also, anyone interested in participating in the above said occasion can give their names to the undersigned before 08th August. For more information, please contact the undersigned.
