This is to inform students in grades 6 to 12 that the school will be holding a Tree Plantation Drive on November 16, 20XX, at 10:00 AM in the school campus. Nearly 500 trees of various types will be planted in the school campus and in different areas in the surroundings. The respected mayor of the city will be the chief guest for the inaugural program. The students and staff will be divided into groups for the plantation drive. All the students and staff are encouraged to take part in this noble drive.
