I am (name) from Class (class). I am the cultural captain of the school. As the school has arranged a ‘Summer Funfair’, me and my mates are struggling to give our 101% to make the funfair the best one. The funfair date is near that is 5th May,2019.
For the preparation of the fest me and the other Cultural team members need to stay back in the school till 5:40 pm. for only 2 days that is 29th April,2019 and 30th April,2019. As our school ends at 3:30 pm. The cultural team can prepare the school for funfair.
5:40 pm the Shift - B students are dispersed. We can join them to avoid transportation issues. The team consist of 10 members. There would be discipline maintained and no inconvenience would be created.
Kindly allow us to stay back at the school. Please Sir.
